For business travelers, each of the hotel's luxuriously appointed rooms and suites feature a complete office center for your convenience, but whether in New York for business or leisure, The Benjamin is an ideal choice. The Benjamin prides itself on attention to detail and personalized service to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. And with an extensive pillow menu, you will be sure to get a good night's sleep too.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to check in
- Major credit card required to hold room
- 1 night room and tax will be charged by the hotel if notified of cancellation after 6 pm EST 24 hours prior to arrival
- Requirements above may vary for holidays / special events
- Valet parking $55 per night plus tax for cars, $65 per night plus tax for SUVs, with no in and out privileges
- All rooms are non smoking
- Check in 3:00 PM - Check out 12:00 PM
- Extra adults $40 per night each
- Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult in the same room
- Rates do not include 14.75% tax and $3.50 per night surcharge

At check-in the hotel will run an authorization on your card in the amount of approximately $100.00 per night booked. While this amount is not actually charged to your card, you should consider that amount non-accessible until after departure. The authorized hold will be released 5 to 10 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, missing inventory, room charges, or excessive cleaning required.
- Please note that if the owner of the credit card we have on file will not be present at check in, the person checking in at the hotel will need to provide their own credit card. If you need to make arrangements to prepay your stay (either for yourself or for someone else), please contact us immediately and we will forward you a Credit Card Authorization Form as hotels usually require a minimum of 7 days processing time.
