The City Club Hotel is situated on the north side of 44th Street in the center of midtown, between the shopping mecca of Fifth and Sixth Avenues, Times Square, the New York Public Library, Broadway theater district and Grand Central Station. The hotel offers easy access to nearby Central Park West and Bryant Park, as well as Rockefeller Center and nightlife. Once a stately private political club, the hotel has been reborn as a small luxury property, epitomizing personal service, a central location, and the feeling on check in that you've come home.
All 65 guestrooms are designed in a 'New American Classical' style, with brown, beige and pale blue color schemes, a dramatic mix of traditional materials and modern sensibilities. Often described as 'handsome,' these rooms feature plaster walls, Honduran mahogany, Frette bed linen, waxed cork flooring and polished bronze, silvered mica and matte limestone.
