Guests of Hotel Gansevoort can dine at Ono, the signature multi-level indoor/outdoor Japanese bar and restaurant designed by the award-winning Jeffrey Beers International. Ono features traditional and modern sushi, maki, and sashimi, including Robatayaki cuisine (Japanese grilling over imported tan charcoal). Ono is also home to the 'Garden of Ono' which features a bar, private cabanas, and an elevated seating platform surrounded by a water pond.
